“My brother and his wife have Vince as their realtor for their new construction home, and they spoke so highly of him that I reached out to him and began my own house hunting journey. It's 2022, and the market has not slowed down at all, so it's EXTREMELY stressful, as most of you know from personal experience or know from the stories of others. Add to the mix that I'm very nit-picky, working with a budget and not paying in cash, and competing with a lot of people with bone-dry inventory numbers. Vince has eased this whole process substantially. He is so patient and kind, that even when my brain is going a million miles an hour ("Gotta see this house! And this one! Oh, it already has offers, ok this one! Oh, that one is gone, what day is it again? ahhhhh!") he was laser-focused on properties within our budget, with the location we desired, and the features we wanted. He's an extremely effective communicator and very meticulous when it comes to detail. When we met with the sales reps for new construction homes, it felt like you were with a caring knowledgeable dad who asked all the right questions for you. He would walk around the framed houses and would point out things and ask about property fence lines, "why is this leaking?" etc. Before putting in an offer on a house, he would do investigative digging on the property for any paperwork he can find on the history of the home, repairs that were done, if it was priced appropriately, and let us make the best decision based on his findings. Because of this, I really felt much more comfortable when putting in offers on properties. Never ONCE did we feel pressured into buying anything that was outside of our budget, or pushed into a property that we weren't 100% thrilled with. We ended up going under contract with new construction with a builder that does not sell to investors and secondary home buyers so we can avoid the bid wars and have the peace of mind that we were getting a new home. We love the location, the features of the home are great, and it was very affordable for the area. I know this is a lengthy review, but I wanted to detail how wonderful Vince has been throughout our home buying process in this INSANE Austin market. He was a steady captain driving this ship through the storm of the century and I HIGHLY recommend having him as your realtor!”
